It seems that the eternal excuse "I don't have time for sports" now does not work. Scientists found out that short periods of intensive training can, by efficiency, argue with the exhausting multi-hour "Vorkuat".

According to the observations of the group of scientists from the University of McMaster, sixty-second intensives during the ten-minute session of the exercises are able to work wonders, improve insulin sensitivity and tone a cardiac photocheate function.

27 people took part in the observations that continued 12 weeks. Participants were divided into two conventional groups: "moderate" and "sprint". A control group was also created, which did not exercise at all.

Sprinters planted not bikers and installed the following workout circuit with a total timing of 10 minutes: 3 twenty-second intensives, two-minute heating, three-minute cooling and 2 minutes torsion of pedals at the Waltz pace.

"Moderate" during the experiment was punished 50 minutes, 45 of them had to turn the pedals in moderate rhythm, 2 minutes warmed up and 3 minutes to complete the training.

During observations, participants were recorded record of the physical condition, blood sugar, the state of the muscular corset.

After 12 weeks, it turned out that the results of the training were the same and in the "sprinters" and in "moderate." These data differ greatly with existing fitness guides, which are recommended for 150 minutes of moderate occupations per week or 75 minutes of reinforced exercises.
