School - sucks. I would not return there for any rugs. I was older in the family, and I did not have experienced brothers and sisters who would teach me how to be cool. Well, as a result, I was not. And I desperately wanted popularity.
Now the same thing happens with my daughter - although it keeps better than me. My daughter is a teenager, and with it FIG speaking in souls. But I myself was a teenager. And I really want to share with her what I carried out from my experience in high school.
- Do not let anyone even stutter about what they are better than you. People who wave their coolness are the most pitiful and insecure.
- Be yourself. Do not change only to enjoy someone. A real friend will take you as you are - precisely because you are.
- School popularity still does not mean the success in adulthood. Children who are too early to join the adult joys of life, quickly burn out. Many Gicks and Botanists later became damn by successful people.
- Do not rush to become an adult. No need to hurry with the first kisses, first drinking, shave legs (oh, you still get tired!) And experiments with makeup. These are things that we look forward to, and anticipation - a separate pleasure.
- Smile and wave. Hold on the same and with friends, and with enemies. The smile discharges the situation and discourages ill-wishers.
- Apply your individuality. Do not try to "match." You have here on this earth, your mission - and you need you here, what you are.
